Camp Hours
- Camp hours are Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 4:00pm.
- Before & After Care is available for parents for an additional $10 per day, per child. Starting at 8:00am and ending at 6:00pm Monday through Thursday. Before care is available on Friday. After care is not available on Friday.
Lunches and Snacks
- Parents must provide a sack lunch with a drink and a refillable water bottle each day.
- Campers take two snack breaks each day. You may send snacks with your child or you may purchase a snack card for $5 to be used in our camp store. All snacks cost 50 cents each.
- Pizza Day is offered on Friday for an additional $6 and includes a pizza lunch, drinks, and two snacks. If you choose to participate in Pizza Day, you do not need to send a sack lunch or snacks with your child on Friday.
Registration and Cancellation/Refund Policies
Required Forms
- A medical release form is required upon camp check-in. Download the required medical release form here. Unless medical changes occur, the medical release form need only be filed once per year beginning in May.
Scholarships
- Scholarships are available to those who qualify. Applications can be downloaded here or are available upon request. All scholarship applications for Summer Camps must be received by April 5. Accepted applicants will be notified by April 12. Applications received after April 12 will be considered on a case by case basis.
- Sponsor a child to attend camp for only $120! Click here to help spark a young person’s imagination by giving to Oklahoma Contemporary Arts Center’s Scholarship Fund.
Waiting Lists
- Waiting lists are started after enrollment fills and are maintained in the order they are received. Parents must request that their name be placed on the waiting list and will be contacted if space becomes available.
